Return Terms
Simple and transparent procedure
According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", each buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. We strive to provide the simplest and most transparent return procedure.
Mandatory conditions
The product can be accepted back under the following conditions conditions:
- The product has not been used, has no signs of use or damage.
- The original appearance is preserved: the integrity of the case, no scratches or dirt.
- The kit includes all accessories, cables, packaging, factory seals and instructions.
- Available documents confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice or warranty card).
Return funds
The refund will be made to the buyer's bank card. The transfer period can be from 1 to 3 business days depending on the workload of banking services.
📦 Timeline: If the product is purchased with delivery, the day of receipt at the post office is considered the day of purchase.
🚚 Delivery: The costs of delivering the product back to the seller are paid by the buyer. In case of return from the regions, the product must be properly packaged.
How to submit a return request
Contact and Questionnaire
Contact us using the contacts and fill out a short questionnaire. Our manager will provide detailed instructions on further actions.
SendPacking and Inspection
Pack the goods securely and send them to us. Verification takes from 10 minutes to 24 hours after receipt (depending on the type of product).
Receive funds
After successful verification, we will immediately start the refund procedure to your bank card.
