Official support and service
Total-Energo LLC provides an official warranty for the entire range of products in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the manufacturer's conditions. The warranty period is specified in the warranty card and begins from the day the goods are sold. In case of delivery to order, the warranty period is counted from the date of shipment from the warehouse of "Total-Energo" LLC on the territory of Ukraine.
All warranty obligations are fulfilled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
What is included in the warranty
- Equipment diagnostics
- Repair or replacement of parts that have failed through no fault of the user
- Complete replacement of the product (if repair is impossible or impractical)
Important: In the case of delivery to order, the warranty period is calculated from the date of shipment from the warehouse of "Total-Energo" LLC.
Before contacting the service
To avoid unnecessary time and speed up diagnostics, we recommend that you first check:
- Correct installation and connection
- Quality of power supply in the network
- Equipment settings
- Compliance with operating conditions
Algorithm for contacting the service
Submit a request via the service request form and provide the following information:

• Full name
• Contact phone number
• Email for correspondence
📦 Product info
• Equipment name
• Warranty card number and date
• Serial number
🔧 Fault details
• Date of failure
• Detailed description of the problem
• Photo / video of the malfunction
⏳ Terms: The average diagnostic time is 3-7 business days. After submitting the application, a manager or service center specialist will contact you, inform you of the next steps and specify the method of delivery of the equipment. Delivery to the service center and back is at the client's expense.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Lack of the original warranty card.
- Mechanical damage caused by improper installation, impact, fall or third-party interference.
- Operation in conditions not provided for by the technical requirements (overload, unstable power supply, excessive humidity, dust, etc.).
- Independent disassembly, repair, resoldering of components or interference with the equipment design.
- Damage due to natural disasters: lightning, fire, flooding, force majeure.
