Total-Energo LLC provides professional repair, diagnostic, and maintenance services for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) under the Stark Pro and Stark Country brands, which are manufactured by the German company Stark Power GmbH. These series include both line-interactive and full-featured online UPS units with capacities ranging from several hundred VA to tens of kVA, and are widely used to protect IT systems, servers, office equipment, and industrial equipment across various sectors.
Repair Work Procedure
Work is performed according to a standardized procedure:
- Diagnostics — comprehensive testing of power modules, control boards, battery packs, cooling systems, interfaces (USB, RS-232/485, SNMP), and AVR regulators — depending on the model;
- Preparation of a defect report — recording of malfunctions, calculation of repair costs, and approval by the customer;
- Supply of spare parts — ordering of original components through official distributors, if necessary;
- Device cleaning — removal of dust from internal modules, heat sinks, and contacts, which improves cooling efficiency;
- Repair or replacement of modules — repair or replacement of electronics, power components, fans, and batteries;
- Commissioning — firmware updates, parameter configuration, checking the bypass, AVR, and ECO modes;
- Load testing — simulation of operational and emergency scenarios with recording of results;
- Signing of the work completion report — preparation of documents with a detailed report, recommendations, and signatures.
Complex malfunctions, as well as modular repairs (for example, in series with hot-swappable modules), are performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC, equipped with professional diagnostic equipment and a stock of original components.
Battery replacement
Total-Energo LLC performs battery diagnostics, checking residual capacity, internal resistance, and runtime. We offer:
- Replacement of original lead-acid batteries (AGM or GEL) with new, certified equivalents;
- Upgrading to LiFePO4 — the option to install lithium iron phosphate batteries with the following advantages:
- Service life of up to 15 years and over 4,000 charge-discharge cycles;
- Compact size and low weight;
- Built-in BMS — voltage and temperature control, cell balancing;
- Enhanced safety, thermal stability, no gas generation;
- Minimal maintenance requirements, environmental safety.
Service Support
