Victron Energy + Pylontech Backup Power Kit — 2.4 kW / 4.8 kWh
Reliable power supply for home or office during frequent power outages. The kit integrates the Victron MultiPlus-II GX inverter and a Pylontech lithium battery: automatically switches to backup power and recharges the battery once mains power is restored.

The intelligent BMS supports a continuous discharge current of up to 100 A, monitors cell voltage and temperature, and provides complete cell protection. The dedicated communication cable ensures digital data exchange between the battery and the GX unit for coordinated charging and discharging management.

The system supports input power from petrol, diesel, and gas generators, as well as connection downstream of various voltage stabilizer types — provided input parameters match inverter specifications.
☀️ Solar-Ready Foundation
Easily add solar panels, an MPPT charge controller, and the necessary protections. The inverter and battery stay in the system, significantly minimizing future upgrade costs.
📱 Intuitive Software — Control and Alerts at Your Fingertips
Victron's advanced software ecosystem is one of the kit's core strengths. Using the Victron VRM app for Android and iOS/iPadOS, or via a web browser on Windows, macOS, and Linux, you can track system operating mode, power consumption, and battery state of charge (%). Key metrics can also be displayed on a smartphone home screen widget.
The system automatically sends notifications for critical events:
- Grid outage and recovery;
- Battery discharge below a preset threshold;
- Overload and system warnings.
Push notifications and email alerts allow prompt action without having to keep the app open.
For setup and diagnostics of compatible hardware, VictronConnect is also available for Android, iOS/iPadOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux (AppImage).
