Victron AC Current Sensor – CSE000100000 – is a specialized current transformer designed to measure AC power in a single-phase network and transmit this data to GX devices (Cerbo GX, Ekrano GX, Venus GX, etc.). In Victron systems, this sensor allows you to display power consumption or generation in real time and determine where the energy is flowing—to or from the grid or from a PV inverter.
This is a key component for building energy systems with energy flow visualization without a complex external meter (e.g., Carlo Gavazzi).
Key benefits of the Victron AC Current Sensor
- Allows measurement of currents up to 100 A AC
- Transmits data to GX devices via the “Sensor” input
- Enables the creation of an energy flow diagram in the VRM Portal
- Ideal for systems without an external energy meter
- Easy installation: the sensor is clipped onto a single phase wire
- Safe to use – no need to interrupt the power circuit
