The Victron Energy Cyrix-ct 120A Battery Disconnector – is a battery combiner that automatically disconnects two batteries when the voltage of one of them is high enough to charge the other.
Unlike diode isolators, Cyrix does not create a voltage drop, allowing you to use generators or chargers as efficiently as possible.
The unique voltage trend analysis function provides intelligent battery disconnection and disconnection, preventing unwanted trips from short load pulses.
Key benefits of the Victron Energy Cyrix-ct Battery Disconnector
- No voltage loss – unlike diode isolators
- Automatic switching between 12 V and 24 V batteries
- Intelligent voltage analysis – does not react to short drops/surges
- Overheating protection – shutdown when the contact temperature is exceeded
- Low power consumption in the open state (<4 mA)
- Start Assist function – manual connection of batteries for 30 s in case of an accident
- Two-way voltage measurement – from any battery
- Easy connection via M6 screw terminals
- Automatic recovery after cooling

- Yachts and boats – smart charging of residential batteries from a generator
- Backup power in autonomous systems
- Commercial transport – support for powering the service battery without the risk of discharging the main one
- Field power systems – flexible connection and emergency backup
Technological features
- Voltage trend analysis – disconnection occurs only with a stable voltage increase
- Automatic disconnection – if the voltage drops below the threshold
- Two-way measurement – connection is possible both when charging from the generator and the charger
- Two power sources – the device works even with low voltage of one battery
- Protection against installation errors – does not disconnect at a voltage of <2 V
- Start Assist function – pressing a button or switch activates the battery connection
