BatteryProtect 48V 100A protection – is an intelligent electronic switch that disconnects the battery from consumers when the voltage drops below the permissible level. This protects both AGM / GEL and LiFePO₄ batteries from deep discharge, which can seriously reduce the service life or completely destroy the battery.
Thanks to MOSFET technology, the device is silent, does not spark, and also has low internal energy consumption.
Battery protection against deep discharge is an indispensable component in motorhomes and all their varieties, special streetcars, as well as in sea and river boats, boats and yachts, where batteries are constantly discharged by DC loads.
Key advantages of the BatteryProtec electronic switch
- Voltage 48 V
- Battery protection against deep discharge
- Support for working with lithium batteries (LiFePO₄) – via VE.Bus BMS
- Low current consumption: only 1.5 mA in active mode
- MOSFET switch – no relay, no sparks, silent operation
- Integration with alarm – output for connecting relay, buzzer or LED
- Overvoltage protection – 48 V disconnection, 48 V connection
- Programmable disconnection/connection thresholds via 7-segment LED display
- Load disconnection delay function – 90 s, with warning
- Charging switch mode – for LiFePO₄ via VE.Bus BMS
