Total-Energo LLC performs a full range of work on the installation of closed-loop guaranteed power supply systems —independent power systems that provide 24-hour power supply to critical facilities even in the event of a complete loss of external power supply. We implement systems based on inverters, batteries, diesel generators and (optionally) solar panels, with automatic switching logic and control of all power elements.
What does the installation service include?
Preparation for installation:
- creation of technical specifications;
- drawing a single-line electrical diagram taking into account all power sources;
- calculation of load, battery life, fuel reserve volume;
- selection of inverter, battery, generator, ATS system, switchboard equipment.
Equipment installation:
- installation of inverter (single- or three-phase);
- installation of batteries (LiFePO₄, AGM, GEL, OPzS, OPzV);
- connecting a diesel generator with autostart;
- installing an automatic reserve input system (ATS), BMS, chargers;
- optional: connecting solar panels as a support source.
Laying cable lines:
- DC cables between the battery, inverter, charge controller;
- AC cables: generator ↔ inverter ↔ load / network;
- installation of reserve shields, separate circuits of critical loads;
- marking, standardization, IP protection, temperature and vibration resistance.
Grounding, lightning protection, ventilation:
- grounding of all components, low-resistance circuit;
- installation of surge arresters, lightning rods (optional);
- organization of safe ventilation for the battery and generator part.
Commissioning and adjustment works:
- checking the switching logic: network → battery → generator → PV (optional);
- testing of generator autostart, delays, overloads;
- configuration of BMS, inverter, Cerbo GX or monitoring displays;
- registration of parameters, customer briefing, transfer of full documentation.
