We implement solutions for street, road, facade, industrial, security and emergency lighting, ensuring stable operation at night, in conditions of weak solar resources and in 24-hour readiness mode.
What does the installation service include?
Preparation for installation:
- creation of technical specifications taking into account the type of lighting and location;
- drawing of the electrical connection diagram and operation logic;
- calculation of daily consumption, selection of batteries by cyclicity and temperature regime;
- selection of the type of fastening, support, installation location.
Equipment installation:
- installation of a solar panel on a support, facade, roof or ground structure;
- installation of a charge controller and light source (LED spotlight, street lamp);
- installation of a battery (LiFePO₄, AGM, GEL or hybrid solutions);
- connection of an automation system: twilight, motion sensors, timer, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi control, or a system for monitoring the operation of a group of light sources using 2G / 3G / 4G (LTE) / 5G with data output to a single lighting control system.
Cable and installation work:
- connection of DC cables between the panel, controller, battery and luminaire;
- sealing of connections, IP protection of all nodes, anti-vandal design (optional);
- grounding of structures, installation of arresters in lightning-hazardous areas.
Setup and testing:
- checking parameters charge/discharge, night mode lighting testing;
- setting timers or automatic switching on by light sensor;
- consumption control, battery life test;
- user instruction on modes, maintenance and status check.
