Current Transformer 100A:50mA – is a high-precision current transformer designed for use with Victron Energy MultiPlus-II and Quattro-II series inverters that support the “external current sensing” function. It measures the current drawn from the grid and transmits this information to the MultiPlus-II, allowing the system to optimally manage power using the PowerControl and PowerAssist functions to prevent overloads.
These transformers are essential when MultiPlus-II or Quattro-II inverters are part of a hybrid solar power plant. By installing a current measurement transformer, the ESS (Energy Saving System) will be able to utilize the energy generated by the sun much more effectively and distribute it throughout your home.
