Deye BOS-A-Rack-14 — is a specialized mounting rack (rack system) designed to accommodate up to 14 high-voltage battery modules from the BOS-A series, along with a cluster control unit (BMS/PDU). It is designed for convenient, safe, and compact installation of modules in commercial and industrial energy storage systems (ESS), as well as in hybrid power plants with Deye SG-HP3-EU or SG04LP3-EU series inverters.
The rack features a sturdy metal construction with a powder-coated anti-corrosion finish, ventilation openings, a cable management system, and grounding. Thanks to the 19" mounting standard and modular assembly principle, the BOS-A-Rack-14 ensures compatibility with all Deye BOS-A batteries (38.4 V / 200 Ah), forming a complete high-voltage battery cluster.

Design features
The BOS-A-Rack-14 enclosure features a collapsible metal structure with a reinforced base. Each level is equipped with guides for installing battery modules and cable channels for convenient connection of communication and power lines. Assembly is quick and requires no special tools—all fasteners are standardized. The design provides natural cooling without the need for active fans, which increases system reliability.
The rack supports connection to the BOS-A-PDU2 centralized control unit, which monitors battery parameters, performs voltage balancing, and provides overload protection. All structural elements are designed in accordance with safety requirements for high-voltage energy storage systems (HV-ESS).
