EverExceed SPL40 / KLP40 — is a 1.2V maintenance-free nickel-cadmium battery with gas recombination technology, designed for long-term buffering in critical systems. Thanks to the 40 Ah (C5) capacity, gas-tight design and Pocket Plate technology, SPL guarantees 20 years of service without water topping up, resistance to temperatures from -50°C to +70°C and high recombination efficiency up to 95%.
The SPL40 / KLP40 NiCd battery series is optimized for operation at discharges from 2 to 5 hours. If the discharge time is shorter, it is worth considering other series of NiCd batteries:
- for short discharge ≤ 30-60 minutes: EBM, SEBM, SPM;
- for super-short 20-30 minutes: EBH, SEBH;
- for high-current micro-discharge: XHP;
- for starting engines: XHP Sintered Plate Range Gen Start NiCd Battery.
