Total-Energo LLC offers a full range of services for repair and maintenance of Riello UPS uninterruptible power supplies—one of the world’s leading manufacturers of uninterruptible power supply systems. We work with all Riello series and model lines: from compact office models to powerful mid-range and large-scale industrial systems (Master, Sentryum, Multi Power, Sentinel, Vision, NextEnergy, Dialog, iPlug, and others).
Total-Energo LLC performs repairs of any complexity: from restoring control boards and power modules to upgrading battery packs and monitoring interfaces. We use exclusively original Riello UPS spare parts or verified compatible components with factory certificates.
Repair Work Procedure
- Initial Diagnostics — inspection of electronic boards, inverter, rectifier, bypass, controllers, and communication systems;
- Battery inspection — analysis of battery condition, terminal voltage, capacity, temperature, and charge/discharge currents;
- Defect report preparation — identification of malfunctions, assessment of repair feasibility, agreement on cost and timeline;
- Spare parts ordering — supply of original circuit boards, displays, relays, fans, control modules, terminal blocks;
- Preventive maintenance — dust removal, thermal paste replacement, inspection of fasteners, filters, and the ventilation system;
- Repair work — restoration of UPS functionality in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical standards;
- Commissioning — testing under real-world conditions, verification of all operating modes (mains, battery, bypass);
- Final load testing — recording parameters, monitoring output voltage stability;
- Preparation of a work completion report — listing all performed operations and recommendations for further operation.
If necessary, repairs are performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC, equipped to handle high-power UPS units up to 1 MVA.
Battery replacement
For Riello UPS systems, we provide professional battery replacement services, including:
- Replacement of standard AGM/GEL batteries selected based on capacity, dimensions, and service life;
- Upgrading the battery pack to LiFePO4 taking into account:
- A service life of over 6,000 cycles;
- Resistance to temperature fluctuations and deep discharge;

- Extended technical support — including by phone or remotely;
- Customized maintenance schedules — for critical infrastructure facilities;
- Annual reporting on equipment status, services provided, and repair plans.
