Total-Energo LLC provides professional repair services for Riello UPS Sentryum Rack series uninterruptible power supplies—a new generation of modular three-phase online UPS units designed for installation in a 19-inch rack. Sentryum Rack is a highly efficient solution for providing uninterrupted power to IT equipment, data centers, and medical and industrial systems with high requirements for power stability.
This series combines modern architecture, a compact form factor, an intuitive interface, and flexible power scaling capabilities up to 20 kVA. Total-Energo LLC performs repairs of any complexity, including the restoration of power modules, replacement of control boards, work on the battery power system, and software updates.
Repair Work Procedure
- Diagnostics — analysis of the condition of inverters, rectifiers, bypasses, monitoring systems, SNMP interfaces, and cooling systems;
- Battery evaluation — checking internal resistance, capacity, cell voltage, and monitoring BMS operation (if applicable);
- Preparation of a defect report — agreeing with the customer on the technical condition and cost estimate for repair work;
- Supply of original spare parts — control boards, power modules, fans, filters, sensors, batteries;
- Preventive maintenance — cleaning of equipment, inspection of contact groups, replacement of worn cooling components;
- Repair and configuration — replacement of damaged components, firmware updates, parameter calibration;
- Commissioning — testing operation in various modes: mains power, battery power, bypass;
- Load testing — checking system behavior during simulated emergency situations;
- Signing the work completion report — with recommendations for further operation.
If necessary, the equipment is transported to the service center of Total-Energo LLC for in-depth diagnostics and repair on professional test benches.
Battery replacement
Total-Energo LLC performs professional battery replacement in Sentryum Rack in compliance with all technical standards:
- Replacement of lead-acid (AGM/GEL) batteries with similar or manufacturer-recommended models;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 with the following benefits:
- Longer service life — up to 10–12 years;
- Significantly higher number of charge/discharge cycles (over 6,000);
- Improved safety and thermal stability;
- Reduced weight and volume of the battery compartment;
- Ability to integrate with BMS for remote monitoring.
- Engineering support — battery selection based on load, analysis of runtime, consideration of operating conditions.
