Total-Energo LLC provides professional repair services for Riello UPS Sentinel Pro series uninterruptible power supplies — single-phase online UPSs with double conversion (VFI-SS-111), designed to protect critical systems: servers, medical equipment, communication systems, and automation systems. The Sentinel Pro series includes models with capacities ranging from 700 to 3000 VA, providing stable voltage, high efficiency (up to 94%), and a compact tower enclosure.
We perform repairs of any complexity: from replacing power components to upgrading the battery pack or restoring control interfaces. Work is carried out in compliance with Riello Power Solutions technical standards, using certified spare parts and diagnostic equipment.
Repair Work Procedure
- Initial Diagnostics — assessment of the condition of the inverter, rectifier, bypass, control board, display, and cooling system;
- Battery inspection — capacity and resistance testing, visual inspection, reading errors from the event log;
- Preparation of a defect report — list of malfunctions, agreement on cost and repair timeline with the customer;
- Supply of necessary spare parts — original circuit boards, fans, batteries, displays, buttons, relays;
- Preventive cleaning — cleaning the housing and ventilation openings, checking contacts and terminals;
- Performing repairs — replacing damaged components, reflashing if necessary, calibrating the system;
- Commissioning — checking mode switching (mains/battery/bypass), testing the stability of output parameters;
- Load testing — applying an active load to evaluate system performance under actual consumption conditions;
- Signing the work completion report — including technical results, conclusions, and photographic documentation.
In cases of major repairs (for example, when power boards or the housing are damaged), work can be performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC.
Battery replacement
Sentinel Pro UPS units are equipped with internal batteries or expandable external battery packs. We offer:
- Replacement of standard lead-acid (AGM) batteries — only proven brands with a long service life;
- Switching to LiFePO4 batteries — with BMS and monitoring capabilities:
- Service life up to 10 years (over 6,000 cycles);
- Enhanced safety (thermal stability, no risk of explosion);
- Lightweight, fast charging, high efficiency;
- Compatibility with Riello UPS control interfaces;
- Backup design — calculation of runtime based on load and desired energy reserve.

Maintenance Contract
Total-Energo LLC enters into service contracts for the maintenance of Riello UPS Sentinel Pro, which include:
