Repair Work Procedure
- Diagnostics — comprehensive inspection of power modules, inverters, rectifiers, bypasses, control boards, cooling and communication systems;
- Battery condition assessment — testing of voltage, internal resistance, capacity, BMS monitoring, and temperature;
- Preparation of a defect report — detailed description of detected malfunctions, agreement on cost and deadlines with the customer;
- Supply of original spare parts — power modules, control boards, fans, sensors, batteries;
- Preventive maintenance — cleaning the device of dust, checking contacts, replacing thermal pads;
- Repair work — replacement of faulty components, software updates, system calibration;
- Commissioning and debugging — checking operation in all modes, voltage and frequency stability, automatic switching;
- Load testing — simulating emergency situations to verify reliability;
- Signing of the certificate of completion — with a detailed report and recommendations.
For complex repairs or equipment upgrades, repairs are performed at the service facility of Total-Energo LLC, equipped with modern diagnostic equipment and test benches.
Battery replacement
For the Multi Power2 series, we offer:
