Total-Energo LLC performs comprehensive repairs of Riello UPS Master Industrial series uninterruptible power supplies — three-phase online UPSs with double conversion, designed specifically for the most demanding operating conditions at industrial, energy, petrochemical, and infrastructure facilities. Master Industrial models have a power range from 30 to 160 kVA and feature enhanced protection, the ability to operate on unstable power grids, increased dust and moisture protection (IP31/IP52), and an input/output isolation system.
Total-Energo LLC performs repairs of any complexity on these UPS units: from standard replacements of power components to restoration of synchronization systems, redundancy configurations, and analysis and updating of isolated battery circuits. We ensure the use of original Riello components and adhere to factory maintenance standards for industrial systems.
Repair Work Procedure
- Diagnostics — detection of malfunctions in the rectifier, inverter, EMI filters, bypass, control board, and communication interfaces (Modbus, SNMP);
- Inspection of power connections and insulation — particularly important when operating in industrial environments with high humidity or contamination;
- Assessment of the battery pack's condition — testing of currents, voltage drops, BMS (if installed), analysis of charge/discharge dynamics;
- Preparation of a defect report — agreement on deadlines, budget, and transportation method (if necessary);
- Supply of spare parts — original components: IGBT modules, logic boards, temperature sensors, contactors, ventilation components, displays;
- Preventive maintenance — complete cleaning, replacement of filters and thermal pads, inspection of cooling units and contact groups;
- Repair work — repair of inverter and rectifier stages, board firmware updates, restoration of bypass and stabilization functions;
- Commissioning — configuration of voltage parameters, switching times, and load settings; testing of emergency scenarios;
- Full-load testing — with parameters recorded in logs, in compliance with safety standards;
- Signing of the work completion report — including a report, recommendations, and a warranty for the repairs performed.
If necessary, the equipment can be delivered to the service center of Total-Energo LLC for in-depth diagnostics or complex repairs using factory test benches and calibration equipment.
Battery replacement
Master Industrial UPS units are often operated with large external battery systems. We offer:
- Replacement of lead-acid batteries (GEL, AGM) in accordance with the technical specifications of the specific model and load conditions;
- Transition to lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4), taking into account:
- Extended service life (6,000+ cycles, 10–15 years of operation);

- Integration capabilities with BMS and monitoring;
- Reduced weight of battery cabinets while maintaining capacity.
