Total-Energo LLC provides professional services for repairing Riello UPS Master HP series three-phase uninterruptible power supplies — high-performance online UPSs with double conversion, designed for industrial, medical, telecommunications, and energy facilities. The Master HP series covers capacities from 100 to 600 kVA and provides stable power supply with a power factor of 1 (kW = kVA), high efficiency (up to 96.5%), and support for the most demanding equipment.
The Master HP model supports a full-featured monitoring interface (SNMP, Modbus), a built-in bypass system, active harmonic filtering, and is adapted for operation in parallel and standby modes. Total-Energo LLC performs repairs of any complexity, guaranteeing compliance with factory standards and the use of original components.
Repair Work Procedure
- System Diagnostics — comprehensive inspection of power modules, inverter, rectifier, static bypass, control boards, and communication interfaces;
- Battery pack analysis — measurement of voltage, current, capacity, temperature, BMS check (if available), load test;
- Preparation of a defect report — documentation of malfunctions, agreement on the scope of repairs and cost estimate with the customer;
- Supply of original spare parts — control boards, power transistors, fans, controllers, cooling system components;
- Preventive maintenance — cleaning the housing, replacing filters and thermal pads, checking contacts and thermal protection;
- Repair work — restoring the functionality of power units, updating firmware, adjusting voltage regulation parameters;
- Commissioning and debugging — checking operation from the mains, from the battery, in bypass mode, and correct switching between power sources;
- Load testing — simulating critical situations, recording output parameters;
- Signing of the certificate of completion — includes a technical report, recommendations, and the restored configuration.
In case of complex malfunctions, the equipment is transported to the service center of Total-Energo LLC, where in-depth diagnostics and repairs are performed using test benches with a capacity of up to 600 kVA.
Battery Replacement
To ensure reliable autonomous operation, we perform:
- Replacement of lead-acid batteries (AGM, GEL) in accordance with Riello UPS Master HP requirements;
- Upgrading the battery pack to LiFePO4 with the following advantages:
- Longer service life — over 6,000 cycles;
- Resistance to high temperatures and no thermal runaway;
- Significant reduction in the weight and volume of the battery cabinet;
- Support for intelligent management via BMS;
- Improved performance during fast charging/discharging.
- Optimization of battery configuration — taking into account power, backup time, and operating conditions.
Service support
- Scheduled maintenance — in accordance with Riello UPS regulations and infrastructure requirements;
- 24/7 emergency response — prompt dispatch of service engineers throughout Ukraine;
- Remote monitoring — configuration of SNMP, Modbus TCP, connection to data centers or SCADA systems;

- Service history management — digital storage of all records, tests, and reports in a personal account or the client’s ERP system.
