Total-Energo LLC offers professional services for repairing Riello UPS Master HE series uninterruptible power supplies— three-phase online UPS units with high efficiency (up to 99%) and a perfect power factor (1.0), designed for critical facilities: data centers, medical institutions, industrial enterprises, and telecommunications systems. The Master HE series includes models with capacities ranging from 100 to 800 kVA, meeting the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
Our service center performs repairs of any complexity — from replacing electronic boards to restoring control logic, in compliance with official Riello UPS technical protocols. We work exclusively with original spare parts, ensuring durability and stability of post-repair operation.
Repair Workflow
- Diagnostics — comprehensive testing of inverters, rectifiers, static switches, control boards, LCD interfaces, and communication interfaces (SNMP, Modbus);
- Battery pack inspection — analysis of battery condition, measurement of voltage, resistance, and capacity; BMS verification when lithium-ion solutions are used;
- Fault diagnosis — fault detection, preparation of a defect report, agreement on the budget and repair schedule with the client;
- Supply of original spare parts — inverter modules, control boards, fans, contactors, varistors, filters;
- Preventive maintenance — dust removal, replacement of thermal paste and cooling components, inspection of power connections and contacts;
- Repair work — restoring system functionality, configuring logic, updating firmware, calibrating sensors;
- Commissioning — checking power supply modes (mains, battery, bypass), proper switching, and output voltage stability;
- Load testing — testing the system under various load levels with recording of key parameters;
- Signing of the work completion report — including provision of service documentation and a report with recommendations.
If necessary, we perform transportation of equipment to the service center of Total-Energo LLC for complex repairs using diagnostic test benches.
Battery replacement
As part of the repair and modernization of the Riello Master HE, we offer:
- Replacement of lead-acid batteries (AGM, GEL) in accordance with the system’s power and operating mode;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries with the following advantages:
- Service life of up to 10–12 years (over 6,000 cycles);
- High stability under temperature fluctuations and rapid charging;
- Reduced weight and volume of the battery compartment;
- Intelligent monitoring via BMS;
- Enhanced safety and environmental friendliness.

Service support
