Total-Energo LLC provides professional services for repairing Legrand uninterruptible power supplies—a European manufacturer of power protection systems for commercial, office, IT, and industrial facilities. We service the full range of Legrand models: from line-interactive UPSs of the Keor Line, Keor Multiplug, and Keor SPE series to high-performance online models of the Trimod HE, Daker DK Plus, Archimod HE, Keor HPE, Keor MOD, and Keor T EVO series.
Total-Energo LLC performs repairs of any complexity: from typical inverter component failures to the restoration of logic modules, displays, control boards, monitoring systems, and battery packs. We work with both new and discontinued models.
Repair Work Procedure
- Initial Diagnostics — inspection of key components: rectifier, inverter, bypass, control board, displays, relays, etc.;
- Battery condition assessment — analysis of voltage, capacity, charge and discharge currents, temperature, and operating cycles (for models with monitoring);
- Preparation of a defect report — agreement on deadlines, budget, and repair method (on-site or at a service center);
- Supply of spare parts — original Legrand modules (inverter, logic, and indicator modules), battery buses, SNMP boards, ventilation systems, etc.;
- Preventive maintenance — dust removal, thermal contact inspection, replacement of fans and thermal pads, firmware updates;
- Repair work — performed in accordance with factory standards, restoring full functionality;
- Commissioning — configuration of power supply parameters, verification of switching speed, testing of emergency scenarios;
- Final testing — under load, with monitoring of voltage stability, synchronization, and temperature conditions;
- Signing of the work completion report — submission of the report, warranties, and recommendations for further operation.
In cases where in-depth diagnostics or complex repairs of modular systems are required, the devices are delivered to the service center of Total-Energo LLC.
Battery replacement
For Legrand models with external or replaceable batteries (including Keor HPE, Keor MOD, Daker DK Plus, Archimod HE), we provide:
- Professional replacement of AGM/GEL batteries — in accordance with technical requirements and load conditions;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 batteries:
- over 6,000 charge cycles;
- lower weight while maintaining capacity;
- higher safety (do not explode, do not emit gases);
- integration with BMS for precise monitoring.
- Autonomous runtime calculation — adaptation of the battery pack to the customer’s load;
- Supply of battery cabinets with integrated protection and communication (if required).
Service support
- Scheduled maintenance for all Legrand series;
- 24/7 emergency response — engineer dispatch throughout Ukraine;
- Monitoring and diagnostics — configuration of SNMP, Modbus TCP, connection to SCADA and external systems;
- Power audit — verification of redundancy, loads, and selection of UPS configuration for the facility;
- Documentation and reporting — for IT departments, auditors, electricity suppliers, or ISO certification.
Service contract
Total-Energo LLC enters into official contracts for technical maintenance of Legrand UPS systems. Under the contract, the customer receives:
- Guaranteed maintenance with a fixed schedule;
- Access to a spare parts inventory for their equipment series;
- Customized terms for critical infrastructure facilities (banks, data centers, hospitals);
- Prompt response in case of malfunctions or to prevent emergencies;
- Training of facility personnel on basic operation and monitoring.
