This UPS series is designed for critical infrastructure facilities, medical institutions, data centers, and industrial enterprises where maximum energy independence, scalability, and high efficiency are required. Repair Work Procedure
- Preliminary diagnostics of the system, including analysis of fault logs and testing of power and control modules;
- Checking the condition of power modules (rectifier, inverter, static bypass) and their interaction within the system;
- Assessment of the battery pack's condition — measurement of internal resistance, voltage, temperature, and remaining capacity;
- Preparation of a defect report listing identified malfunctions and recommendations for their resolution;
- Supply of original spare parts or certified replacements — power modules, ventilation units, control logic, interfaces;
- Preventive maintenance — dust removal, contact inspection, replacement of thermal interfaces, fan testing;
- Direct repair — replacement or restoration of faulty components, software updates, integration of new modules;
- Commissioning — testing operation in normal and emergency modes, under load and from batteries;
- Final testing — load testing, verification of voltage, frequency, and switching time parameters;
- Signing of the work completion report with a detailed description of all actions and test results.
In the event of complex malfunctions or the need for in-depth laboratory analysis of the equipment, repairs are performed at the service facility of Total-Energo LLC followed by installation and commissioning of the system on-site.
Replacement and modernization of batteries
Legrand TRIMOD HE supports a wide range of batteries. We perform:
- Replacement of worn-out AGM or GEL batteries with new ones — taking into account the recommended parameters and system load;
- Upgrading to lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, which offer the following advantages:
- Service life of up to 10–12 years (compared to 3–5 years for AGM/GEL);
- Number of charge/discharge cycles — over 5,000–6,000;
- Greater stability under peak loads and high temperatures;
- Lighter weight and smaller size, better energy efficiency;
- Integration with the BMS system and digital monitoring.
- Increased backup capacity — by calculating the optimal battery capacity for the facility's specific requirements.

- Scheduled maintenance — including inspection of each module, reserve testing, software updates, and cleaning;
