Repair Work Procedure
- Complete diagnostics of the power supply system: rectifier, inverter, static bypass, cooling systems, control and communication interfaces;

- Preparation of a defect report — specifying detected malfunctions, deadlines, cost, and scope of necessary work;

- Repair and adjustment — replacement of faulty modules, calibration of voltage, frequency, and bypass logic parameters;
- Commissioning — testing the system in normal operation, under load, and in an emergency scenario;
- Final testing — checking all operating modes, stability of output parameters, switching times, and temperature conditions;
- Signing of the certificate of completion — as confirmation that the repair was performed in accordance with the technical specifications.
In the event of complex damage or the need to restore high-power power supply modules, repairs are carried out at the service center of Total-Energo LLC followed by installation and configuration at the customer’s site.
Replacement and upgrade of rechargeable batteries
Legrand MEGALINE operates with high-capacity external battery modules. We perform:
- Replacement of AGM/GEL batteries — with original or equivalent solutions with similar characteristics;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 batteries, which have:
- a service life of over 10 years;
- up to 6,000 cycles at 80% discharge;
- high safety (BMS control, overheating protection);
- smaller dimensions and weight compared to AGM;
- better performance under high load conditions.
