Repair Work Procedure
- Diagnostics — checking the inverter, rectifier, charging module, control board, and the operation of interfaces and alarms;
- Battery inspection — measuring voltage and internal resistance, checking for imbalance between battery cells;
- Assessment of wear and tear — preparing a defect report listing malfunctions, repair timelines, and costs;
- Supply of spare parts — power components, logic boards, relays, interface modules, display panels (in older models);
- Preventive maintenance — cleaning the board of dust, checking contact groups, ventilation, and soldering of power connections;
- Repair and restoration — replacement of faulty components, restoration of functionality, and monitoring of battery charging parameters;
- Post-repair testing — load testing, checking mode switching and voltage stability;

In the event of significant damage (e.g., after a thunderstorm, short circuit, or fire in the distribution network), repairs may be performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC.
Battery replacement
The KEOR S has a built-in battery compartment. We perform:
- Replacement of standard AGM batteries with new ones while maintaining the nominal capacity;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 — subject to separate agreement (for models with compatible charge controller specifications):
- significantly longer service life (over 10 years);
- higher number of cycles (up to 6,000);
- lower heat generation, higher safety during storage and operation;
- maintenance of stable output voltage under load.
- Battery adaptation for autonomy — selection of a battery pack based on the customer’s actual load.
