Total-Energo LLC performs a full range of services for repair and maintenance of Legrand KEOR MOD modular uninterruptible power supplies. This is a scalable series of three-phase double-conversion UPSs that provides uninterrupted power for critical facilities: data centers, medical facilities, industrial enterprises, and telecommunications infrastructure. KEOR MOD supports N+1 configuration and hot-swappable power modules, ensuring the highest level of availability and minimizing downtime.
The series features high efficiency (up to 96.5%), a user-friendly touchscreen interface, broad support for monitoring protocols, and is designed to work with external battery modules, including solutions based on LiFePO4.
Repair Workflow Algorithm
- Complete diagnostics of each power module, inverter, rectifier, static bypass, and communication boards;
- Inspection of the control and monitoring system — interfaces, touchscreen panel, SNMP, Modbus communication, event logs;
- Battery condition assessment — analysis of cycle life, internal resistance, temperature, and cell voltage;
- Preparation of a defect report — including a list of faults and a decision regarding the scope of repair or module replacement;
- Supply of spare parts — power units, fans, logic boards, interface screens, BMS, and other equipment;
- Preventive cleaning — dust removal, replacement of thermal pads, inspection of contacts and heat exchange;
- Repair or hot swap of modules — connection and synchronization of new or refurbished components;
- Commissioning — testing the system in normal and emergency modes, checking switching times;
- Final testing — verification of parameter stability under load, interaction between modules, and monitoring functions;
- Signing of the work completion report — with a detailed description of the measures performed.
In the case of complex repairs system restoration is performed at the service facility of Total-Energo LLC followed by installation and restoration of operational capability at the site.
Replacement and modernization of batteries
Legrand KEOR MOD is compatible with various types of batteries. We offer:
- Replacement of standard AGM/GEL batteries — in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding configuration and reserve capacity;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 — with integration into the control system:
- Service life up to 10–12 years;
- High cycle count (6000+);
- Reduced heat generation, improved stability;
- Lighter weight, more compact dimensions;
- Full support for BMS and digital communication protocols.
- Extended runtime — by calculating and installing additional battery cabinets.
Legrand KEOR MOD service support
- Scheduled maintenance — including inspection of all components, ventilation, and communications, as well as interface calibration;
- Prompt troubleshooting — dispatch of a service team with diagnostic equipment;
- Software monitoring and updates — SNMP, Modbus, integration with cloud solutions, controller firmware updates;

Signing of a service agreement
