The series is designed for integration into IT infrastructures, server racks, telecommunications centers, and facilities with high requirements for scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
Keor MOD RI supports hot-swappable modules, N+1 redundancy configuration, easy installation in standard 19" racks, delivers over 96% efficiency, and is compatible with monitoring systems via SNMP, Modbus TCP, and RS-485.
Repair Workflow Algorithm
- Initial diagnostics of all functional modules: inverters, rectifiers, bypass, BMS, control logic;
- Communication check — SNMP modules, display interfaces, event and notification logs;
- Battery condition analysis — measurement of voltage, current, internal resistance, assessment of remaining service life;
- Preparation of a defect report — specifying identified issues and a list of recommended actions;
- Supply of necessary spare parts — power modules, ventilation units, displays, logic controllers, network cards, etc.;
- Preventive cleaning — dust removal, inspection of contacts and cable connections, replacement of thermal pads;
- Repair work — replacement of faulty components, firmware updates, synchronization of new components;
- Commissioning and debugging — testing under load, in network mode, on battery power, and using a bypass;
- Final testing — includes monitoring of parameter stability, switching accuracy, temperature conditions, and data exchange;
- Signing of the work completion report — with a detailed description of the repair process and test results.
Complex work, including logic restoration or replacement of large components, is performed as needed at the service facility of Total-Energo LLC.
Replacement and upgrade of batteries
Keor MOD RI supports integration with external battery modules in a rack-mounted format. We offer:
- Replacement of worn-out AGM or GEL batteries with new ones that come with an official warranty and meet Legrand’s requirements;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 with the following benefits:
- Extended service life — over 10–12 years;
- High number of charge cycles — over 5,000–6,000;
