Total-Energo LLC provides services for the professional repair and maintenance of Legrand KEOR LP uninterruptible power supplies—single-phase online double-conversion UPS units with an output power ranging from 1 to 3 kVA. These systems are specifically designed to protect small- and medium-scale IT infrastructure, office equipment, banking terminals, access control systems, and security and medical equipment.
The KEOR LP supports operation with built-in or external battery packs, is equipped with an LCD display, USB and RS-232 ports, and offers optional SNMP support. Total-Energo LLC performs repairs of any complexity: from restoring power components and control boards to replacing interface modules, fans, and upgrading the battery unit.
Repair Work Procedure
- Preliminary Diagnostics — inspection of the inverter, rectifier, bypass, main and auxiliary boards, and power switching logic;
- Battery condition assessment — analysis of capacity, internal resistance, cell balance, and voltage during discharge and charge;
- Preparation of a defect report — agreement on malfunctions, scope of work, cost, and repair timeline;
- Supply of necessary spare parts — original power modules, controllers, displays, interface boards, and cooling units;
- Preventive maintenance — dust removal, inspection of fasteners and contacts, restoration of thermal joints, firmware updates (if necessary);
- Repair — replacement of damaged components, testing of assemblies, adjustment of parameters to the customer’s configuration;
- Commissioning — testing of operating modes: mains operation, battery operation, bypass mode, start-up under load;
- Final testing — monitoring of voltage, switching time, temperature regime, and response to emergency events;
- Preparation of a work completion report — a detailed report with recommendations for the user.
In case of complex damage, repairs can be performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC with subsequent return of the repaired equipment or installation on-site.
Battery replacement
The KEOR LP UPS allows for the replacement of built-in batteries, as well as the connection of external modules to increase runtime. We provide:
- Professional replacement of built-in AGM/GEL batteries while maintaining capacity and charge current parameters;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 with the following advantages:
- Longer service life (over 6,000 cycles);
- Lower heat generation and weight;
- Built-in battery management system (BMS);
- Enhanced safety and resistance to deep discharges.
- Battery monitoring configuration via an external SNMP module or RS-232/USB interfaces.
