Total-Energo LLC performs professional repairs of Legrand KEOR HP uninterruptible power supplies—high-performance three-phase online UPS units with double conversion, designed for critical: data centers, server rooms, hospitals, telecommunications hubs, and industrial enterprise infrastructure. KEOR HP series UPSs feature a modular architecture (from 60 to 800 kVA), scalability in parallel mode, and a high power factor.
Total-Energo LLC performs repairs of KEOR HP units of any complexity: we fix electronic, power, and software malfunctions, replace batteries, and upgrade monitoring and communication systems. We use original components or certified equivalents in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards.
Repair Work Procedure
- Preliminary Diagnostics — testing of all functional units: inverters, rectifiers, static switches, communication modules;
- Battery system inspection — assessment of capacity, cell condition, charge/discharge current, and coordination with the BMS;
- Preparation of a defect report — agreement on the list of malfunctions, recommended work, deadlines, and cost;
- Supply and replacement of components — includes control boards, inverter modules, fans, power IGBTs, fuses, etc.;
- Cleaning and preventive maintenance — dust removal, replacement of thermal pads, inspection of electrical connections and heat dissipation;
- Repair and calibration — replacement of faulty components, configuration of operating modes to suit the specifics of the customer’s facility;
- Commissioning — testing in all modes: rated load, backup power, switching, emergency scenarios;
- Final testing — verification of output voltage stability, frequency, response to load changes, and temperature conditions;
- Preparation of a certificate of completion — an official document for the customer detailing the actions performed and components replaced.
In the case of complex repairs of modular or large-scale systems, repairs are performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC followed by installation at the facility.
Battery Replacement
Legrand KEOR HP battery systems are critical for the stability of autonomous operation:
- Replacement of standard AGM or GEL batteries with original or compatible solutions with similar characteristics;
- Upgrading to LiFePO4 batteries with the following benefits:
- service life of up to 12 years or 6,000+ cycles;
- lower heat generation, improved safety, lighter weight;
- built-in BMS for protection and cell balancing;
- reduction in the number of service inspections.
- Extended runtime — calculation and installation of external battery cabinets for backup.

- Scheduled maintenance — inspection of all functional units, testing of batteries, ventilation, filtration, and communication modules;
