Total-Energo LLC offers professional services for repair and maintenance of Legrand KEOR COMPACT uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) — a series of single-phase online double-conversion UPS units with capacities ranging from 1 to 3 kVA, combining compactness, efficiency, and reliability. These devices are widely used to protect medical equipment, video surveillance systems, network infrastructure, cash registers and banking terminals, as well as other small- and medium-scale critical electronics.
KEOR COMPACT is equipped with a built-in LCD display, features a tower form factor, and offers optional external battery packs to extend runtime. Total-Energo LLC performs repairs on KEOR COMPACT units of any complexity: from replacing power components to a complete diagnostic check and battery compartment upgrade. We use only original or compatible high-quality spare parts.
Repair Work Procedure
- Detailed diagnostics — inspection of the inverter, rectifier, bypass, charging module, control board, display board, and RS-232/USB/SNMP interfaces;
- Battery condition analysis — assessment of voltage, charging current, internal resistance, and residual capacity;
- Preparation of a fault report — agreement with the customer on the list of necessary work, spare parts, cost, and deadlines;
- Supply of components — circuit boards, inverters, fans, thermal protection, displays, battery cassettes, protection and control elements;
- Device cleaning — dust removal, inspection of contact points, replacement of thermal pads, testing of the ventilation system;
- Repair process — replacement or restoration of faulty components, adjustment of settings according to the client’s configuration;
- Commissioning and debugging — testing operating modes, checking response to power loss, verifying correct switching to battery and back;
- Final testing — load simulation, checking of output voltage and temperature conditions, recording of errors;
- Preparation of the work completion report — an official document detailing all actions performed, spare parts used, and recommendations for further operation.
In the case of complex or extensive repairs, work may be performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC with subsequent installation of the finished unit at the customer’s site.
Battery replacement and modernization
KEOR COMPACT supports both built-in and external battery packs. We perform:
- Replacement of standard AGM or GEL batteries — in compliance with recommended parameters and with connection without disrupting BMS control;
- Upgrading batteries to LiFePO4 — we provide solutions with the following advantages:
- over 6,000 charge/discharge cycles without capacity loss;
- lower heat generation, lighter weight, higher efficiency;
- built-in protection (BMS) against overvoltage, deep discharge, and overheating;
- extended service life — up to 10–12 years of operation;
- Extended runtime — selection of KEOR COMPACT External Battery Cabinet modules or compatible alternatives.

- Scheduled maintenance — regular performance checks, battery testing, monitoring of operating modes, replacement of consumables;
- Emergency on-site service — in case of malfunctions or interface errors throughout Ukraine;
- Installation of SNMP/USB controllers for monitoring via PC, BMS, and SCADA systems;
- Technical consulting — battery selection, reconfiguration of parameters to match the customer’s load;
- Maintenance history tracking — creation of a complete service dossier for future record-keeping and upgrades.
