Repair Work Procedure
- Diagnostics – comprehensive testing of power modules, controllers, batteries, cooling systems, fans, and communication interfaces (USB, RS-232, SNMP); bench and software tools are used for accurate fault detection.
- Preparation of a defect report – documentation of diagnostic results, assessment of the scope and timeline of work, coordination with the customer.
- Supply of spare parts – provision of original or certified components; if unavailable, ordering through official suppliers.
- Device cleaning – removal of dust, contaminants, and oxidation from the housing, circuit boards, and contacts to ensure effective cooling.
- Repair or replacement of modules – restoration or replacement of power components, control boards, fans, and battery packs.
- Commissioning and debugging – updating and configuring firmware, setting operating modes, checking bypass and stabilization.
- Load testing – simulation of normal and emergency operating modes with verification of stability and operational efficiency.
- Signing of the work completion report – preparation of a technical report containing test results and recommendations for the customer.
In cases of complex malfunctions or the need for modular repairs, work is carried out at the service center of Total-Energo LLC, where professional diagnostic equipment, test benches, and replacement modules are used.
Battery replacement
Total-Energo LLC performs a full diagnostic check of Socomec NETYS RT battery units: testing of residual capacity, internal resistance, and runtime under various conditions. We offer:
