Repair Work Procedure
- Complete Diagnostics — inspection of power modules, control board, communication interfaces, cooling system, and bypass status;
- Battery condition assessment — checking voltage, currents, temperature, resistance, analyzing BMS logs, load testing;
- Preparation of a defect report — list of identified issues, spare parts required, repair timeline and budget;
- Supply of original components — power modules, fans, displays, logic boards, automatic switches, sensors;
- Device cleaning — dust removal, cleaning of ventilation ducts, replacement of thermal interfaces, inspection of contact groups;
- Repair work — replacement of damaged components, controller reflashing, configuration of parameters for the facility;
- Commissioning — testing module operation, checking synchronization, voltage stability, and switching between different modes;
- Load testing — includes checking autonomous operation, emergency scenarios, and output voltage stability;
- Signing of the certificate of completion — with technical conclusions, photographic documentation, and operational recommendations.
