Repair Work Procedure
- Initial Diagnostics – inspection of the inverter, rectifier, static bypass, control boards, communication interfaces, ventilation system, and touchscreen display;
- Battery circuit analysis – testing of batteries (internal resistance, capacity, voltage), identification of faulty cells or battery groups;
- Preparation of a defect report – identified defects, technical recommendations, cost estimate, and agreement on the schedule and scope of work with the customer;
- Supply of spare parts – original control modules, power IGBT transistors, interface boards, touchscreen displays, fans, bypass components;
- Cleaning and preventive maintenance – dust removal, replacement of thermal pads, inspection of fasteners and radiator condition, and replenishment of ventilation bearing lubricants;
- Repair and commissioning – replacement of damaged components, controller reflashing, verification of the correct operation of control logic and protections;
- Commissioning – checking mode switching (mains–battery–bypass), testing interfaces, calibrating sensors;
- Load testing – comprehensive verification of UPS operation under real or simulated load conditions, verification of transition time and voltage stability;
- Preparation of a work completion report – technical conclusion, measurement results, photographic documentation, and recommendations for operation.
Highly complex repair work or work involving diagnostic test benches is performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC, where conditions are in place for comprehensive testing of high-power UPS units.
Battery replacement
MASTERYS BC+ can operate with internal or external battery cabinets. We offer:
- Replacement of worn-out batteries (AGM, GEL) – installation of premium-class batteries with a service life of 5–10 years, battery circuit balancing;
- Extended runtime – engineering calculations and connection of additional battery modules to increase backup time;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 batteries – with BMS (Battery Management System) integration and key advantages:
