Total-Energo LLC provides professional maintenance and repair services for Powercom VGS (Vanguard II) series UPS systems. These three-phase online double-conversion UPS units (VFI-SS-111) are designed for use in industry, telecommunications, data centers, and critical infrastructure facilities. They ensure reliable power supply to equipment during power grid instability or complete power outages, and support a wide range of configurations and integration into high-load power systems.
Powercom VGS (Vanguard II) supports capacities up to 600 kVA, parallel operation, is equipped with a color display showing real-time parameters, has a built-in service and static bypass, as well as an advanced monitoring system. External battery cabinets can be connected to extend autonomy.
Repair Work Procedure
- Performing a full diagnostic check — reading event logs, checking the inverter, rectifier, bypass, and control system;
- Testing of power modules: drivers, IGBT modules, control boards, chokes, capacitors, protection circuits;
- Checking of charging modules — verification of voltage, current, and charging modes against battery parameters;
- Battery condition analysis: measurement of internal resistance, voltage of each cell, circuit symmetry, detection of degradation;
- Ventilation maintenance: cleaning of radiators, inspection of fans, replacement of worn components;
- Defect identification and repair coordination with the customer — deadlines, budget, list of spare parts;
- Supply of original spare parts or certified equivalents as needed;
- Firmware or software updates for the controller, sensor calibration;
- Commissioning: verification of operating modes, load testing, fault simulation;
- Final testing using a load bank or with actual site load;
- Signing of the work completion certificate, submission of the technical report and recommendations.
Repair of complex modules, such as inverter units or the central control board, is performed as needed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC using high-precision diagnostic and testing equipment.
Battery replacement and modernization
