Total-Energo LLC performs a full range of repair and maintenance services for Powercom ONL-II three-phase uninterruptible power supplies. This is a high-performance series of online UPS units (VFI-SS-111), designed to provide uninterrupted power to critical loads in industry, telecommunications, medical facilities, data centers, and energy infrastructure. The Powercom ONL-II Three Phase models are available in capacities ranging from 10 to 120 kVA, support parallel operation, feature a color LCD display for monitoring, and are compatible with RS-232, SNMP, MODBUS, and USB interfaces. It also allows for the connection of external battery cabinets, enabling the runtime to be adapted to the customer’s needs.
Repair Work Procedure
- Initial diagnostics and system survey: inspection of inverters, rectifiers, bypass lines, control boards, power components, and cooling systems;
- Analysis of event and error logs using proprietary software and test benches;
- Battery condition assessment: capacity, internal resistance, balancing, and number of cycles;
- Cleaning of ventilation ducts, replacement of filters, checking of temperature sensors and fan speed sensors;
- Replacement of faulty components: IGBT modules, control boards, relays, fuses, rectifier diodes, transformers, etc.;
- Calibration and firmware updates based on system configuration;
- Commissioning and debugging: load testing, verification of all modes (AC-DC, DC-AC, bypass);
- Preparation of a work completion report with technical recommendations for further operation.
In case of complex damage to the UPS, the unit is transported to the service center of Total-Energo LLC for subsequent repair of components using professional diagnostic equipment.
Battery replacement and battery pack upgrades
The Powercom ONL-II series is designed to work with external battery packs (including high-capacity configurations). Total-Energo LLC performs:
- Replacement of standard lead-acid batteries (AGM, GEL) with new ones under manufacturer’s warranty;
- Upgrading the battery pack to LiFePO4 with corresponding configuration of the charging module. Advantages of LiFePO4:

- Stable output voltage until full discharge;
