Total-Energo LLC provides professional diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for KStar MEMOPOWER-III uninterruptible power supplies — three-phase online UPS units with double conversion, designed to power critical facilities: data centers, telecommunications equipment, automation systems, security systems, and industrial lines. The MEMOPOWER-Ⅲ series supports a wide input voltage range, has high efficiency (up to 96%), and is compatible with monitoring systems. We perform repairs of any complexity in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical regulations, with a warranty on all work performed.
Repair Work Procedure
Repairs of KStar MEMOPOWER-III UPSs are performed according to a standardized procedure, which includes:
- Initial diagnostics — hardware inspection of inverters, rectifiers, bypass, control boards, display modules, communication modules, batteries, and ventilation systems;
- Preparation of a defect report — recording of malfunctions, preparation of a cost estimate, and agreement with the customer on repair terms;
- Supply of spare parts — if parts are not in stock, orders are placed with official suppliers or the manufacturer;
- Cleaning and preventive maintenance — cleaning the housing and internal modules, checking fasteners, and performing a visual inspection for defects;
- Repair or replacement of components — inverter modules, rectifier modules, power switches, control and communication boards, fans, display panels, etc.;
- Commissioning and debugging — configuration of power supply, bypass, and battery charging parameters; verification of protection system operation;
- Final testing — load simulation, transition mode testing, parameter stability analysis;
- Preparation of the work completion report — delivery to the customer of repair results, a service report, and operational recommendations.
In the case of complex repairs (microelectronics level), repairs are performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC using professional test bench equipment.
Battery replacement and modernization
The KStar MEMOPOWER-III series supports high-capacity external battery packs. We perform:
- Battery diagnostics — testing of voltage, internal resistance, capacity, and runtime;
- Replacement of lead-acid batteries (AGM/GEL) in compliance with UPS technical requirements;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 — battery pack upgrade to extend service life, improve efficiency, and increase runtime.
Advantages of LiFePO4 over AGM/GEL:
- Up to 6,000 charge-discharge cycles — significantly longer service life;
- Increased energy density — smaller size and weight;
- Integrated BMS — full control of voltage, temperature, and cell balancing;
- Safety — thermal stability, stability during long-term storage;
- Minimal maintenance costs throughout the entire service life.
