Repair Work Procedure
Repair of the KStar MEMOPOWER RT UPS is performed according to a standardized protocol and includes the following key stages:
- Diagnostics — inspection of the inverter section, rectifier, bypass circuits, control boards, display, fans, battery, and communication interfaces (USB, SNMP, RS232);
- Preparation of a defect report — identification of damaged components, preparation of a cost estimate, and agreement on repair timelines and costs with the customer;
- Supply of spare parts — ordering original components from the manufacturer or through authorized suppliers if they are not in stock;
- Device cleaning — cleaning radiators, connectors, circuit boards, fans, and the housing of dust and contaminants;

Battery maintenance and replacement
KStar MEMOPOWER RT UPS units support operation with both internal and external batteries. We offer:

- Battery replacement — installation of new AGM or GEL batteries with certified installation and configuration of charging parameters;
