Repair Work Procedure
Repairs for the INVT HR33 are performed according to a clear protocol, which includes the following stages:
- Initial diagnostics — identifying faults in the inverter, rectifier, bypass, battery pack, and cooling system; analyzing event logs; and reading parameters from the interface;
- Preparation of a defect report — documentation of malfunctions, calculation of repair costs, and agreement on the scope of work with the customer;
- Spare parts delivery — if the necessary parts are not in stock, they are ordered directly from INVT or through official distributors;
- Device cleaning — professional cleaning of circuit boards, heat sinks, fans, contact groups, and other components;
- Repair itself — replacement or restoration of power supply boards, inverters, control boards, protection system components, temperature sensors, fans, etc.;
- Commissioning — verification of system operation in all modes, including online, bypass, and emergency power, as well as testing of automatic switching and alarms;
- Final testing — simulation of a full load with monitoring of voltage, frequency, waveform, and switching time;
- Documentation preparation — signing of the work completion report, provision of a detailed technical report to the customer.
If complex component-level repairs or calibration are required, repairs are performed at our service center.
Battery pack maintenance
The INVT HR33 series is designed to work with external battery packs, primarily based on AGM or GEL batteries. Total-Energo LLC offers:
- Battery diagnostics — testing of internal resistance, depth of discharge, cycle capacity, and temperature;
- Battery replacement — installation of new batteries in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications or with an upgrade;
- Upgrade to LiFePO4 — at the customer’s request, complete replacement of lead-acid batteries with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries is possible;
Advantages of LiFePO4 over AGM and GEL:
- 2–3 times longer service life — up to 15 years;
- Up to 70% lighter weight — easier maintenance and installation;
- Higher safety — not prone to explosions, leaks, or short circuits;

Service support

- Scheduled technical inspections — checking fans, cables, terminals, temperature, and general wear and tear of components;
- Routine maintenance — replacement of thermal paste, inspection of fasteners and capacitors;

- Firmware updates and remote monitoring — provided the system has the appropriate interface.
