Repair Work Procedure
- Initial Diagnostics: performed on-site or at the service center. We identify existing malfunctions and check the operational status of the control board, inverter section, charging module, and stabilization components.
- Spare parts delivery: if parts are not in stock, we promptly order original Eaton components or manufacturer-recommended equivalents. We work directly with suppliers.
- Device cleaning: mechanical and antistatic cleaning of internal components, contacts, fans, and filters to remove salt dust, moisture, oxides, and carbon deposits.
- Repair process: restoration or replacement of damaged components in the power and control sections. If necessary, software is reflashed or restored.
- Commissioning: the correctness of module connections, phase balancing, battery charge quality, and stability of output parameters are verified.
- Testing: simulation of UPS operation under load is performed. Testing includes battery runtime, response to power loss, and switching to bypass.
- Work completion reports: upon completion of repairs, technical reports are signed, specifying the scope of services performed and components installed.

Battery maintenance
