CyberPower PLT — are three-phase or single-phase online UPS systems with double conversion (VFI-SS-111), which provide stable output voltage without distortion, automatic bypass switching, and protection against overload, short circuit, and deep battery discharge. They are equipped with an intelligent control system, an LCD display, SNMP/RS-232 support, an extended event log, and hot-swappable batteries.
Repair Procedure Algorithm
- Initial system diagnostics: checking the inverter, rectifier, control system, bypass, and UPS operating logic;
- Reading event logs, analyzing errors and operating modes to determine the root cause of the malfunction;
- Inspection and testing of the battery bank: measuring voltage, internal resistance, and load testing;
- Cleaning the ventilation system, checking the condition of fans, replacing temperature sensors as needed;
- Replacing damaged components: IGBT transistors, drivers, control boards, relays, fuses, electrolytic capacitors;
- Software updates and system calibration according to the load type and facility configuration;
- Commissioning and debugging: testing the UPS in all modes—normal, bypass, battery, and emergency;
- Preparation of a work completion report with a detailed description of all operations performed and recommendations.
In the case of complex or modular repairs, work is performed at the service facility of Total-Energo LLC using specialized diagnostic equipment.
Battery replacement and system upgrades
CyberPower PLT systems are compatible with external battery packs, allowing for flexible management of runtime. Total-Energo LLC provides the following services:
- Replacement of standard AGM or GEL batteries with certified models of appropriate capacity and charge current;
- Upgrade to lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, which provide:
- High cycle life (6000+);
- Lower heat generation;

- Enhanced safety and operational stability.
