Repair Work Procedure
Repair of the Centiel PremiumTower™ UPS includes the following stages:
- Diagnostics — comprehensive testing of electronic modules, batteries, cooling systems, and interfaces to identify malfunctions;
- Preparation of a defect report — recording the diagnostic results, agreeing on the scope and cost of repair work with the customer;
- Supply of original spare parts — ordering the necessary components from the manufacturer or official suppliers;
- Cleaning the device — removing dust and contaminants to improve operational reliability;
- Repair or replacement of modules — restoration or replacement of power, control, and battery components;
- Commissioning and debugging — configuring operating parameters, testing in various modes, checking the backup bypass;
- Load testing — simulating operational and emergency situations to verify performance;
- Signing of the certificate of completion — preparation of documentation and provision of recommendations to the customer.
In the event of complex malfunctions, repairs are performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC using modern diagnostic equipment and professional technologies.
Battery replacement
Total-Energo LLC performs diagnostics and replacement of batteries in Centiel PremiumTower™ UPS units. We recommend using only original or certified batteries to ensure reliability. It is also possible to upgrade the battery pack by replacing lead-acid batteries (AGM, GEL) with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, which offer the following advantages:
- Longer service life — up to 15 years and over 4,000 charge-discharge cycles;
- Lighter weight and more compact compared to lead-acid batteries;
- Built-in battery management system (BMS) to monitor the battery’s condition and protect it;
- Improved safety and resistance to temperature fluctuations;
- Minimal maintenance requirements and environmental friendliness.
Service support
Total-Energo LLC provides comprehensive service support for Centiel PremiumTower™ UPS systems, including:
- Scheduled preventive inspections and testing;
