Repair Work Procedure
Repair of the Centiel EssentialPower™ X1 UPS includes the following stages:
- Diagnostics — comprehensive testing of power modules, control boards, batteries, cooling systems, and communication interfaces to identify malfunctions;
- Preparation of a defect report — documenting the results of diagnostics, agreeing on the scope and cost of repair work with the customer;
- Supply of original spare parts — ordering missing components from the manufacturer or official suppliers;
- Cleaning the device — removing dust and contaminants from internal components and the housing, which improves operational reliability;
- Repair or replacement of modules — restoration or replacement of power units, control boards, and battery modules;
- Commissioning and debugging — configuring operating parameters, testing in various modes, and verifying backup bypass functions;
- Load testing — simulating real operating and emergency conditions to verify operational capability;
- Signing of the certificate of completion — preparation of documentation, confirmation of repair completion, and provision of recommendations to the customer.
In cases of complex repairs, work is performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC using professional equipment and technologies.
Battery replacement
Total-Energo LLC provides services for the diagnosis and replacement of batteries in Centiel EssentialPower™ X1 UPS units. We recommend using only original or certified batteries to ensure maximum reliability. It is also possible to replace standard lead-acid batteries (AGM or GEL) with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, which offer significant advantages:
- Longer service life — up to 15 years and over 4,000 charge-discharge cycles;
- Lighter weight and more compact compared to lead-acid batteries;
- Built-in battery management system (BMS), which monitors voltage, temperature, and cell balance;
- Improved safety thanks to stable chemistry and thermal stability;
