Repair Work Procedure
Repairs of Centiel CumulusPower™ UPS units are carried out in the following stages:
- Diagnostics — comprehensive testing of power modules, controllers, battery packs, cooling systems, and communication interfaces to identify malfunctions;
- Preparation of a defect report — recording the diagnostic results, agreeing on the scope and cost of repair work with the customer;
- Supply of original spare parts — ordering the necessary components from the manufacturer or official suppliers;
- Cleaning the device — removal of dust and contaminants, which improves operational reliability;
- Repair or replacement of modules — restoration or replacement of power, control, and battery modules;
- Commissioning and debugging — configuring operating parameters, testing in various modes, checking the backup bypass;
- Load testing — simulating normal and emergency situations;
- Signing of the certificate of completion — preparation of documentation and provision of recommendations to the customer.
For complex malfunctions, repairs are performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC using modern diagnostic equipment and professional technologies.
Battery replacement
Total-Energo LLC offers diagnostics and replacement of batteries in Centiel CumulusPower™ UPS systems. The use of original or certified batteries guarantees the reliability and longevity of the system. We also recommend upgrading battery packs by replacing traditional lead-acid batteries (AGM, GEL) with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, which offer significant advantages:
- Longer service life — up to 15 years and over 4,000 charge-discharge cycles;
- Lighter weight and more compact compared to AGM and GEL;
- Built-in battery management system (BMS) for voltage and temperature control and cell balancing;
- Improved safety thanks to stable chemistry and thermal stability;
