This series of single-phase UPS units with online double-conversion technology is available in capacities ranging from 1 to 10 kVA and is designed to protect servers, IT equipment, medical systems, network, and office equipment. Repair Work Procedure
- Diagnostics — conducting a full inspection of electronics, power modules, control boards, cooling systems, battery cells, and communication ports (USB, RS-232, SNMP);
- Preparation of a defect report — recording of identified defects, calculation of required materials and labor costs, and coordination with the customer;
- Supply of spare parts — ordering original or certified components from the manufacturer or distributors if they are not in stock;
- Device cleaning — removal of dust and contaminants from internal modules and the housing to ensure optimal cooling;
- Repair or replacement of components — repair or replacement of power modules, control boards, fans, and interface modules;
- Commissioning and debugging — firmware updates, parameter configuration, verification of voltage stabilization and operation in emergency modes;
- Load testing — simulation of real operating conditions and emergencies to verify operational stability;
- Signing of the work completion report — preparation of documentation, provision of recommendations for future maintenance.
In the event of complex malfunctions, repairs are performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC using high-precision diagnostic equipment and professional tools.
Battery replacement
Total-Energo LLC performs diagnostics and replacement of batteries in Borri LEONARDO T UPS units. Only original or certified batteries are used. It is also possible to upgrade the battery pack by replacing lead-acid (AGM/GEL) batteries with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, which offer the following advantages:
- Extended service life — up to 15 years and over 4,000 charge-discharge cycles;
- Reduced weight and compact size compared to AGM/GEL;
- Integrated BMS — cell monitoring, protection against overheating, overcharging, and deep discharge;
- Improved safety — stable chemistry, no gas generation;
