Total-Energo LLC provides highly professional repair, diagnostic, and maintenance services for Borri LEONARDO PLUS RT uninterruptible power supplies. This series of three-phase online UPS units with capacities ranging from 10 to 60 kVA is designed to protect critical facilities: data centers, industrial systems, and telecommunications equipment. The UPS units are characterized by high efficiency, a modular design for installation in a 19-inch rack, hot-swappable modules, and integrated monitoring. Total-Energo LLC performs repairs of any complexity in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical standards, using original components.
Repair Work Procedure
- Diagnostics — comprehensive testing of power modules, control units, battery systems, cooling systems, and interfaces (SNMP, USB, RS-485);
- Preparation of a defect report — documentation of malfunctions, assessment of work, and coordination with the Customer;
- Supply of original spare parts — if parts are not in stock, orders are placed through official suppliers;
- Device cleaning — removal of dust and oxidation that affect thermal performance;
- Repair or replacement of modules — restoration or replacement of electronic, power, and battery units;
- Commissioning and debugging — firmware updates, parameter configuration, and bypass operation testing;
- Load testing — simulation of normal and emergency operating conditions;
- Signing of the work completion report — preparation of documentation and provision of recommendations to the customer.
In cases of complex repairs, work is performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC using modern diagnostic equipment, spare parts, and service tools.
Battery replacement
Total-Energo LLC performs battery diagnostics, replacement of lead-acid batteries (AGM/GEL) with certified equivalents, or retrofitting with LiFePO4 – which ensures:
