Total-Energo LLC provides highly specialized repair, diagnostic, and maintenance services for Borri INGENIO PLUS three-phase online UPS systems (20–40 kVA). This series is designed to protect medium and large IT infrastructures, network nodes, telecommunications systems, production lines, and data centers. Repair Work Algorithm
Our approach to repairing Borri INGENIO PLUS is based on a standardized algorithm that guarantees quality, transparency, and flawless results:
- Diagnostics — comprehensive diagnostics are performed: testing of power modules, protection systems, control boards, motherboards, battery packs, cooling systems, fans, temperature sensors, and communication interfaces (SNMP, USB, RS-232/RS-485). Bench and built-in tools are used to accurately identify faults.
- Defect Report Preparation — identified faults are documented, a work estimate is prepared, and the scope of work, completion date, and cost are agreed upon with the customer.
- Supply of spare parts — if the required component is not in stock, we order it from the manufacturer or an official supplier; we guarantee the use of only original or certified equivalents.
- Device cleaning — thorough cleaning of internal modules, heat sinks, the chassis, circuit boards, and ventilation ducts to remove dust and debris, thereby improving the cooling system’s efficiency.
- Repair or replacement of modules — we repair or replace power modules, control boards, fans, battery packs, and other components. Built-in modules can be hot-swapped without system downtime.
- Commissioning and debugging — firmware is updated, operating parameters are configured, and bypass functions, ECO modes, load control, and temperature control are tested.
- Load testing — real-world consumption scenarios and emergency modes are simulated to verify operational stability. All data is recorded.
- Signing of the work completion report — a technical report is prepared containing diagnostic results, a list of completed work, recommendations for further operation, and signatures from the customer’s representatives and the service team.
In the event of complex repairs or irreparable malfunctions, work is carried out at the service center of Total-Energo LLC using modern diagnostic equipment, test benches, professional tools, and a stock of replacement modules.
Battery Replacement
Total-Energo LLC performs a full diagnostic assessment of the condition of battery packs in Borri INGENIO PLUS, checking residual capacity, internal resistance, and runtime. We offer:
- Replacement of original lead-acid (VRLA AGM / GEL) batteries with certified or factory-equivalent replacements.
- Upgrade — replacement of battery packs with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery packs offering the following advantages:
- Service life of up to 15 years and over 4,000 charge-discharge cycles — significantly exceeding the lifespan of traditional batteries.
- Compact size and reduced weight — easy installation and replacement.
- Built-in BMS — protection against overvoltage, overheating, deep discharge, and cell balancing.
- Enhanced safety — thermal stability, no gas generation or leaks.
- Minimal maintenance requirements — no need for regular electrolyte checks or ventilation.
Service Support
Total-Energo LLC provides comprehensive service support for Borri INGENIO PLUS, which includes:
- Scheduled inspections — regular visits by an engineer according to an agreed schedule to check performance, temperature conditions, loads, and batteries;
- Software and firmware updates — maintaining up-to-date versions of the controller software and diagnostic systems;
- Emergency response — rapid dispatch of an engineer in the event of emergencies at the customer’s facility;
- 24/7 monitoring — setup of monitoring via SNMP, web interface, or local ports for remote monitoring;
- Operational consulting — recommendations for optimizing operating conditions, maintenance of ventilation and cooling systems, and battery replacement;
- Reporting — provision of logs, test schedules, and reports after each service call or repair.
Signing a service contract
At the customer’s request, Total-Energo LLC signs a Borri INGENIO PLUS service contract, which provides for:
- Regular engineer visits — preventive inspections according to schedule;
- Priority supply of spare parts and batteries — stock of modules in the warehouse;
- Rapid response — dispatch of technical personnel within 24 hours or as per SLA;
- Customized terms — including configuration of service intervals and informing the customer about the system’s status;
- Technical documentation — provision of certificates, reports, recommendations, and maintenance schedules.
