Total-Energo LLC provides qualified repair, diagnostic, and maintenance services for Borri INGENIO COMPACT three-phase online UPS units (10–20 kVA). This UPS series is ideal for protecting network and server systems, small and medium-sized data centers, as well as telecommunications equipment. Thanks to its modular architecture, online double-conversion technology, and the ability to operate in parallel configurations, the Borri INGENIO COMPACT ensures high reliability and scalability. Total-Energo LLC performs repairs of any complexity using original components and in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical standards.
Repair Work Procedure
- Diagnostics — comprehensive testing of electronics, power modules, control boards, cooling systems, batteries, and interfaces (RS-232, USB, SNMP);
- Preparation of a defect report — documentation of diagnostic results, cost calculation, and approval by the customer;
- Spare parts delivery — if parts are not in stock — ordering from the manufacturer or official suppliers;
- Cleaning of the housing and modules — removal of dust and contaminants that can cause overheating and malfunctions;
- Repair or replacement of components — power modules, circuit boards, fans, batteries;
- Commissioning — firmware updates, parameter configuration, bypass testing, ECO/Online mode functions;
- Load testing — simulation of operational and emergency scenarios to verify stability;
- Signing of the work completion report — preparation of all documents and recommendations for the customer.
For complex or modular malfunctions, repairs are performed at the service center of Total-Energo LLC, equipped with professional tools and testing equipment.
Battery replacement
Total-Energo LLC provides a full cycle of battery replacement for the Borri INGENIO COMPACT: from diagnosing the current condition to installing new batteries. We recommend using original lead-acid (VRLA) batteries or upgrading to lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries as needed. Advantages of LiFePO4:
- Long service life — up to 15 years and over 4,000 charge/discharge cycles;
- Compact size and lighter weight compared to AGM/GEL;
- Integrated BMS — voltage and temperature control, cell balancing;
- Enhanced safety — stable chemistry, no gas evolution;
