We take into account the operation mode, the logic of working with other sources, ATS system, automation interfaces, redundancy, parallel operation and monitoring options.
The diagrams are created taking into account the individual configuration of the facility, technical conditions, safety requirements, as well as installation suitability for further implementation.
What does the service include
Single-line electrical diagram of the generator set:
- diesel generator → power panel → load;
- connection point consideration: backup / main / parallel bus;
- power supply circuit separation: critical / non-critical.
Automatic reserve input (ATS) scheme:
- switching logic between the network and the generator;
- contactor coil power supply scheme, counter-power blocking;
- delay times, priorities, emergency scenarios.
Parallel operation of generators (if necessary):
- synchronization, load sharing, frequency control;
- connection bus, mechanism for turning one of the units on/off by load.
Connection of external options:
- pre-start heating, battery charging from the network;
- automatic refueling from an external tank, fuel sensors;
- remote monitoring system (Modbus, GSM, Ethernet);
- emergency unloading or starting from dry contacts.
Scheme for joint operation with other sources:
- operation with an inverter, UPS, network input circuit breaker;
- transition to autonomous mode (off-grid), integration with PV;
- starting control logic (battery SOC, network absence, overload, etc.).

- DWG (AutoCAD), PDF (with notes, dimensions, signatures);
- single-line diagram + explanatory note;
- if necessary — switching diagram in panels or assembly plan of the generator site.
