Total-Energo LLC performs professional electrical schematic drawings of power supply systems for ships and watercraft: boats, tugs, technical platforms, river and sea transport, as well as mobile ship complexes. We take into account the specifics of marine operation, the requirements of classification societies, autonomy conditions, redundancy of critical systems and compactness of electrical solutions.
What does the service include
Single-line diagram of the on-board power system:
- power sources: shore power, generators, inverter, battery, PV;
- power distribution into sections: navigation, life support, technical systems;
- critical lines with redundancy: steering, communication, lighting, security.
Shore power diagram (power supply from the shore):
- input protection, synchronization, parameter control relays;
- cable connection diagram, automatic switching to internal sources;
- adaptation to 50/60 Hz frequency, alternating voltage (110-400V).
Generator system:
- one or more units, ATS circuit between them;
- reverse voltage protection, temperature control, start-stop with isolation;
- possibility of working in tandem with an inverter or automatic power duplication.
Inverter part:
- operation from battery, shore power or generator (with priorities);
- construction of DC/AC distribution: power supply 230V AC and 12/24/48VDC;
- integration with BMS, SmartShunt, chargers, charge controllers.
Battery circuit:
- traction or backup batteries (LiFePO₄, AGM, GEL);
- charge from PV, generator, inverter or shore power;
- protection, balancing, temperature compensation, monitoring.
Monitoring and control:
- Integration with Marine MFD: Navico, Raymarine, Garmin, Furuno;
- displays, controllers: Cerbo GX, GX Touch;
- Modbus TCP, dry contact, emergency signals to the bridge/engineering post;
- event history, emergency response logic: load shedding, generator start.
Drawing format:
- DWG (AutoCAD), PDF;
- A3/A4 format, element tables, symbology according to IEC 60092 / ISO 10133;
- if necessary — cable layout drawings, installation plans, IP zoning sheets.
