The SolarEdge S500-1GM4MRM is a module-level power optimizer designed for residential solar power plants. It provides individual control and optimization of energy output for each module, eliminating losses caused by shading, performance variations, or panel orientation. The power optimizer is specifically designed to work with SolarEdge Home Wave, Hub, or Short String series inverters.
The S500 model supports solar modules with a power rating of up to 550 W and has a maximum efficiency of 99.5%. The device automatically reduces the voltage to 1 V in the event of an inverter shutdown or emergency, ensuring safe operation for installers and firefighters (SafeDC™ technology). Thanks to easy one-bolt mounting and standard MC4 connectors, installation is quick and reliable.
