Total-Energo LLC performs professional setup of a three-phase power system based on Victron Energy Quattro inverters for industrial, commercial and residential facilities. The system can include two AC inputs (mains + generator) and battery buffer (LiFePO₄, AGM, GEL).
We perform a full range of commissioning work, ensuring phase-matching of inverters, symmetrical load, stable system operation and correct switching between power sources.
What is included in commissioning work
1. Checking the equipment and power system
- Physical inspection of the inverter installation: phase L1, L2, L3
- Checking the VE.Bus connection, cable symmetry, grounding
- Assigning roles: Master / Slave / Assist for each Quattro
2. Software system configuration
- Configuration in VE.Bus System Configurator: creating a three-phase topology
- Charging settings: voltage, current, Absorption time
- Configuration of PowerControl / PowerAssist for each AC input
- Synchronization of AC Input 1 (grid) and AC Input 2 (generator)
3. Integration with the battery system
- Charging settings for LiFePO₄, GEL, AGM
- Integration with VE.Bus BMS, GX BMS or external CAN solution
- Configuration of signal responses: Stop Charge, Temp Limit, Stop Discharge
4. Working with monitoring and VRM
- Connection to Cerbo GX, Color Control GX or Venus GX
- Data output: voltage, load, SOC, generator status
- Integration with VRM portal: event logging, analytics, signaling
5. Testing and optimization
- Phase symmetry check, load balancing
- Switching test: network ↔ generator ↔ battery
- Analysis of operation with asymmetrical loads and starting currents
- Checking synchronization and stability under variable load
6. Completion of work
- Saving the system configuration file
- Documenting commissioning procedures
- Instructing facility personnel: monitoring, maintenance, scenarios
