What is included in the commissioning and adjustment works
1. Physical configuration check
- Overview of the installation of three inverters: phase L1, L2, L3
- Checking the correctness of the VE.Bus connection between all devices
- Checking the quality of grounding and the same length of DC cables
- Synchronization: type, firmware, configuration of inverters
2. Software configuration
- Configuration via VE.Bus System Configurator
- Assignment of roles: Master / Slave / Assist
- Synchronization: voltage, frequency, battery type, charging algorithm
- Configuration of PowerControl and PowerAssist for load limitation
3. Charging profile configuration
- Creation of a single charging profile for all three phases
- Limiting the charging current according to the capabilities of the batteries
- Activation of temperature compensation, phase balancing
- Support for DVCC and CAN-compatible BMS (for LiFePO₄)
4. Integration with the monitoring system
- Connection to Cerbo GX or Color Control GX
- Monitoring: voltage, current, charging status, load by phases
- Access to VRM-portal: graphs, notifications, logging
5. Mode testing
- Startup with step-by-step load on each phase
- Simulation of one or two phase outages (redundancy check)
- Checking synchronization between inverters
- Testing operation with generator or network
6. Customer briefing and facility handover
- Transfer of configuration file and technical documentation
- Demonstration of VRM, operating logic, modes
- Consultations on technical support, updates, modifications
